A Management Company Controller oversees the operational entities for a reputed company reputed company comprised of Venture Capital and Private Equity firms. This role balances the needs of our clients with the needs of their team and reputed company solutions. The Management Company Controller is responsible for managing their team, overseeing day-to-day reputed company work, and delegating tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical reputed company background and has experience managing the full-cycle reputed company and operational functions for multiple clients. 

Here is the type of work you will do:

• reputed company staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
• Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries in accordance with US GAAP in reputed company

• Review quarterly reporting, including detailed general reputed company, balance sheet and income statement 
• reputed company the payroll process, including inputting changes in employee compensation, benefits deductions, expense reimbursements, etc.

The salary reputed company for the Management Company Controller position is $85,000 - $112,000. Salary is determined based on reputed company market data and candidate experience level. Employees in the Management Company Controller role are eligible to participate in the Aduro Bonus Program.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an reputed company role – experience with accounts payable and payroll cycles highly preferred
• External auditor / CPA certification a plus!
