reputed company is seeking a Technical Recruiter based in LATAM to support our reputed company reputed company across Engineering, Product, and Research teams. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-reputed company technical roles while driving sourcing strategies in the LATAM region and reputed company.
You will work closely with hiring managers and the reputed company to deliver a seamless candidate experience, ensure operational reputed company in the hiring process, and help reputed company our world-class technical organization as we build the reputed company of the reputed company Internet.
Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Research functions—from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team priorities, and hiring goals.
reputed company sourcing strategies tailored to the LATAM talent market, with a reputed company on passive reputed company and technical communities.
Build and maintain talent pipelines by engaging with local universities, tech communities, online forums, and events across LATAM.

Requirements
1–5+ years of full-cycle technical reputed company experience in high-reputed company startups or established tech companies.
Proven ability to reputed company, assess, and reputed company top technical talent, particularly Software Engineers, Engineering Leaders, and Product Managers.
Familiarity with roles in distributed systems, reputed company infrastructure, ML/AI, reputed company, or high-performance computing preferred.
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English
