Field Calibration Technician

reputed company- To reputed company onsite calibration of test equipment for customers reputed company the specified location up to and including an 8-hour radius. Also, will have reputed company to support the local reputed company laboratory reputed company not traveling.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• reputed company measurement and test equipment (M&TE) to manufactures specifications
• Determine out of tolerance conditions for customer M&TE and calibration standards
• reputed company corrective reputed company (i.e., adjustments, minor repairs) for out of tolerance conditions
• Update and maintain reputed company documentation of services
• reputed company customer with information regarding other services and new equipment provided by reputed company
• Maintain calibration standards
• reputed company feedback and updates regarding calibration practices and procedures
• Proficiency in submitting and updating required paperwork for travel and administrative purposes
• Other duties as assigned

Travel Requirements

• This is a travel position Monday through Friday, Saturday/reputed company
• Weekly overnight travel to customer's facility to reputed company services 
• Company pays reputed company for Lodging/Meals

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Calibration experience and/or equivalent training with reputed company and/or biomedical measurement and test equipment (M&TE)
• Self-motivator requiring little or no supervision
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to reputed company with customers & coworkers in a reputed company manner
• Proficiency with MS Office and the internet; familiarity with basic database functionality
• 3+ years driving experience with a reputed company reputed company’s license and acceptable reputed company history

Education and Experience

• Associate degree from college or technical school; or 2-5 years of reputed company field experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Experience/ Skills

• Military PMEL training
• Strong attention to detail - reputed company to follow written instructions.
• Ability to plan and prioritize reputed company workload and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and maneuver a 400-pound cart from unloading area to customer designated service area
