Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal pipeline daily to ensure reputed company loans reputed company on schedule.
- Process various types of residential mortgage loans from initial file review through post-closing, including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and state-specific products such as TX refinance and DPA programs.
- Accurately calculate reputed company types of income including salaried, reputed company, bonus/overtime, self-employment, rental, and retirement sources.
- Review and validate findings from automated reputed company systems (DU and LP) and ensure compliance with Agency guidelines and investor overlays.
- Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and reputed company-party vendors to obtain documentation, resolve issues, and reputed company reputed company parties informed.
- Ensure loan files meet reputed company internal and investor guidelines, policies, and procedures prior to submission and funding.
- Process and manage a minimum of 20-25 loans per month with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the LOS.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of mortgage processing experience with a proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines.
- Strong working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo programs; experience with Non-QM, USDA, MCC, and DPA programs a plus.
- Proficient with AUS systems (DU and LP), AllRegs, and reputed company agency/investor guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle the full file life cycle—from loan officer reputed company through funding.
- Advanced income analysis skills, including reputed company self-employment and layered income scenarios.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in reputed company-facing roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
