The Senior Project Manager reputed company is responsible to deliver a multiple products or services project to an external costumer and has the accountability for the project’s reputed company and profitability results. Develops best practices across multiple customers or across the Business Line. - Responsible for the overall project performance.
- Acts as contract’s representative.
- Maintains a strong relationship with the relevant customer.
- Organizes project launch meetings ensuring that reputed company requirements are completed in accordance with company procedure.
- Ensure the project is run in accordance with the project management system and procedures, establishing and aligning project specific procedures where required by contract.
- Implement project controls including contract management, claims management, risk management, and change management.
- Identify and mitigate changes to project scope reputed company Management of Change (MOCs).
