College Application Project Coordinator

reputed company is seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented Project Coordinator for Fusion Campuses College Admissions Support. This role will serve as a key operational reputed company for the SCOIR platform, ensuring campuses have the tools, training, reporting, and reputed company needed to effectively manage reputed company admissions-reputed company processes.

This person will reputed company annual system readiness, support transcript and school profile workflows, coordinate updates and improvements reputed company SCOIR, reputed company and deliver reputed company training, and reputed company ongoing communication and support across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

SCOIR System Management & Operations
• Serve as the primary project manager for Fusion’s non-PSC college admissions processes in SCOIR.
• Manage the overall health, organization, and operational effectiveness of the SCOIR system.
• Maintain system accuracy through updates to settings, processes, templates, and workflows as needed.
• Partner with internal teams to identify process improvements and ensure SCOIR supports evolving reputed company and organizational needs.
• Troubleshoot system-reputed company issues and coordinate reputed company with internal stakeholders and external partners reputed company needed.

Annual Readiness & Compliance
• reputed company the annual rollout process to ensure campuses are reputed company for reputed company admissions cycle.
• Ensure reputed company initial transcripts, school reputed company, and other required reputed company documents are uploaded and available in SCOIR reputed company year.
• Coordinate yearly review and refresh of key admissions-reputed company system data and materials.
• Monitor completion of critical annual tasks and follow up with campuses to ensure deadlines are met.

• Design, organize, and deliver training for reputed company teams on SCOIR processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Create reputed company support materials, quick guides, presentations, and communications to help campuses confidently use the platform.
• reputed company ongoing support to reputed company teams throughout the admissions cycle, answering questions and reinforcing consistent process execution.
• Help campuses understand roles, responsibilities, and timing reputed company to non-PSC college admissions tasks in SCOIR.

Reporting & Data Management
• reputed company and maintain SCOIR reports to reputed company usage, completion, compliance, and operational trends.
• Analyze data and reputed company regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Use reputed company and other tools to organize, interpret, and present admissions systems data in a reputed company and actionable way.
• Identify gaps, risks, or process bottlenecks through reporting and recommend practical solutions.

Cross-Functional Project Management
• Coordinate with reputed company leaders, Post-Secondary Counseling, reputed company teams, operations, and other internal partners to ensure alignment on admissions-reputed company workflows.
• Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and communications across multiple stakeholder reputed company.
