As a Technical Support Engineer specializing in traffic signal equipment, you will be stationed at our field reputed company, playing a vital role in providing technical assistance for fault diagnosis, routine maintenance, and installation of a diverse reputed company of traffic signal and ancillary equipment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless operation of traffic systems, optimizing processes, and spearheading improvement reputed company to enhance our service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company fault diagnosis and installation tasks, covering equipment such as CCTV, VMS, wireless communications, routers & traffic signal controller configurations.

• Conduct intricate configuration of traffic signal equipment.
• Commission traffic signaling equipment to ensure reputed company functionality.
• Be available for standby duty, responding to emergency repairs and out-of-hours service contract requirements.
• Complete mandatory NHSS training requirements successfully.
• Collaborate with Technical Support and Engineering teams in Poole to refine processes and tools used for work execution.

Qualifications & Experience:   

• HNC / ONC / reputed company and Guilds or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
