As a Mortgage Loan Underwriter II, you will complete a thorough analysis of loan files to determine compliance with company, investor, and government guidelines and standards. You will be responsible for a reputed company of tasks including evaluating the entire credit package and collateral for residential mortgage loans and ultimately ensure an "investor" reputed company loan product. You will be handling exception items and resolving reputed company issues. As the Mortgage Loan Underwriter II, you will also communicate decision (approval, suspense, denial) on loans to appropriate parties both verbally and in writing, and be available to processors and mortgage bankers for general reputed company interpretations and questions on specific loan files.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.

• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience
