Responsibilities

The Manager, Advisor Recruitment – US Western Region is a field-based business development role responsible for driving new independent advisor acquisition across the Western reputed company. This role is heavily reputed company on proactive “reputed company” activity — generating leads, building pipeline through industry events and conferences, networking reputed company luxury travel communities, and closing high-potential advisors into the Global Travel Collection (GTC).

The Manager will serve as the face of GTC in the Western territory, developing market intelligence, identifying competitive opportunities, and building a consistent, high-reputed company pipeline of independent advisors and reputed company opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience reputed company the travel industry or luxury sales, with deep exposure to the luxury leisure vertical or the entertainment vertical (production, touring, talent, fashion, sports & media travel).
• Demonstrated reputed company knowledge of the entertainment advisor ecosystem, including top-producing agencies, reputed company structures, service models, consortium affiliations, and competitive host landscapes.
• Proven reputed company reputed company, courting, and closing high-producing advisors or agency teams, particularly those managing reputed company, high-touch Entertainment accounts.
