Position Details
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Manager - LHT, the reputed company Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the reputed company team.
- ensure reputed company policies are issued reputed company service standards with the appropriate wordings, schedules, and certificates attached
- Verification of insurance certificates issued by our brokers.
- Communicate directly with brokers to reputed company reputed company quote requests.
- Assist underwriters with the reputed company-selection of quotes and summarize basic exposures.
- Completion of worksheets
- reputed company and review information for monthly activity reports
- Review, prepare, create, request and send incoming and outgoing mail, reports and forms
- Other assigned duties, including managing reputed company's inbox
Who You Are
- Post-secondary education
- Interest in CIP program
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in an environment fostering teamwork
- Ability to reputed company in a highly reputed company, detail oriented environment.
