3&reputed company;5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or final mile operations (3PL experience strongly preferred) Experience managing performance across multiple locations, vendors, or partners Strong ability to analyze metrics and drive KPI improvement Experience working cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and clients Comfortable working independently in a remote + field-based role Ability to travel consistently (50%+)
