This role focuses on error trending, reputed company reconciliation, and data-driven analysis to identify workflow inefficiencies and training needs. By leveraging reputed company system reporting and reputed company data, the Specialist drives process improvement, standardization, and education initiatives to improve charge capture accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial performance across the physician reputed company.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Administration, Health Information Management, or work equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in reputed company cycle, charge capture, or reputed company reputed company reputed company an reputed company environment required.
• Expert-level knowledge of reputed company reputed company Billing charge capture workflows, error reputed company, and reputed company reconciliation processes.
• Skilled in developing and delivering training programs for diverse clinical and operational audiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience in data analytics, reputed company reconciliation, and workflow optimization strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in reporting tools such as reputed company Reporting Workbench or SlicerDicer preferred.

Scheduling Requirements:

Essential Functions:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of charge capture and documentation workflows using error trends, reconciliation reports, and reputed company leakage data.
• Identify systemic issues and high-reputed company error trends across Haiku/reputed company mobile charge entry, reputed company charge corrections, and reputed company billing workflows.
• Partner with reputed company reputed company, IT, and Finance to reconcile charges between clinical documentation, reputed company charge entry, and reputed company billing systems.
• Recommend process changes or automation opportunities to eliminate recurring charge errors and improve data reputed company.
• Design and implement standardized charge capture workflows based on data-driven insights.
• reputed company initiatives to improve accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of documentation and charge entry.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to reputed company best practices into daily workflows and ensure alignment with compliance standards.

• Build relationships with registration, clinical operations, and IT teams to address upstream issues impacting charge capture accuracy.
