The Position

reputed company is looking for the absolute best default litigators in reputed company jurisdiction and anticipate compensating them accordingly. We're looking for reputed company, enthusiastic individuals, with a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a firm with numerous other high-level attorneys.

The position requires a litigator capable of handling a wide reputed company of litigated reputed company, including but not limited to, contested motions, appeals and evidentiary hearings.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
• Conducting reputed company research
• Appearing on a wide reputed company of court appearances including high level contested motions and evidentiary hearings
• Responding to relevant discovery reputed company requests and reputed company reputed company
• Maintaining responsibility for reputed company aspects of respective contested cases, including devising reputed company strategies and executing on reputed company strategies

Requirements
