Technical Repair Estimator (Contract)

The Technical Repair Estimator position will reputed company estimates and repair reports for reputed company restoration and refinishing assignments, including a repair scope and price for reputed company line item reputed company. The position will also assist in technical estimate reviews of onsite inspection reports from field personnel for accuracy of scope and industry reputed company pricing and reputed company issue resolutions with customers and field technicians, such as reputed company list.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produces and submits accurate reputed company restoration estimates for insurance claims affecting furniture, cabinets and millwork from photos to meet specific Service Level Requirements (SLAs)
• Reviews estimates submitted by the network of repair firms for accuracy and confirm scope of work is complete and justified. 
• Provides technical consultation for customers.
• Advises repair firms on the processes and estimating requirements.
• Assists in improving the overall process for efficient and accurate estimating practices.
• Delivers accurate, reputed company estimates quickly.
• Ensures expert analysis for repeat business and instilling customer confidence.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

• At least two (2) years woodwork, refinishing and restoration estimating experience.

PREFERRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree or certifications in reputed company field
• Knowledge in woodworking or construction

• Work is performed indoors in a typical office environment - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
• Must be reputed company to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds
• Frequent use of office machines to include telephone, computer, and printer
