A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and reputed company membership in a state bar. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reputed company research, analysis, and writing experience. At least 2 years as a practicing attorney in a state or local government agency or reputed company that has experience in reputed company safety, criminal, or civil rights litigation strongly preferred. Experience in the development and review of policy and procedure applicable to reputed company safety professionals. Experience in the review, analysis, and application of reputed company requirements to reputed company safety activities. Experience in reputed company safety policy development or administration highly desired. Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with reputed company safety, government, and reputed company and other professionals.
