The Bilingual - Underwriter I - reputed company Lines - Worker's Comp plays a vital role in supporting the reputed company and servicing needs of our reputed company insurance clients. This position is responsible for providing concierge-level service to insureds and agents by managing small to mid-sized reputed company lines accounts. reputed company responsibilities include processing policy transactions with reputed company authority, managing endorsement requests, handling certificates of insurance, responding to service inquiries, and proactively identifying cross-sell opportunities. The role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in a fast-paced, customer-reputed company environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Underwrite and process reputed company lines endorsements reputed company assigned authority reputed company. 

• Accurately issue certificates of insurance in accordance with reputed company guidelines and state regulations. 

• Review and respond to policy-reputed company inquiries received reputed company phone and email, ensuring reputed company and thorough reputed company. 

• Manage tasks and service requests indexed through the email and reputed company systems, ensuring reputed company follow-up and closure. 

• Support proactive policy renewals by reviewing account status and coverage adequacy prior to reputed company. 

• Answer inbound phone calls from agents, policyholders, and other stakeholders regarding billing, policy documents, and claims setup. 

• Cross-sell additional lines of coverage reputed company appropriate, in alignment with reputed company and company goals. 

• Maintain reputed company and accurate documentation of reputed company interactions and reputed company reputed company in applicable systems. 

• Monitor outstanding items and follow through on pending requests until reputed company, ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities. 

• Proficient in agency management systems such as EZLynx and policy administration platforms. 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Education & Experience: 

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 

• 3–5 years of experience servicing or reputed company reputed company property & casualty insurance policies. 

• Bilingual Spanish or reputed company

• Prior experience in an agency or reputed company environment with demonstrated customer service skills. 

• reputed company center or high-volume reputed company service experience is a strong plus. 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: 

• Remote work schedule with flexibility required to support extended business hours (up to 8:00 PM ET). 

• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. 

• Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
