Job reputed company: 

The position will be responsible for directly managing liability and reputed company litigation losses and delivering accurate, efficient results with the highest reputed company of customer satisfaction.  The right candidate will have experience in reputed company aspects of liability claim files.  

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Oversees 3rd party liability claims 

• Oversees litigation of cases 

• Examines, reviews and negotiates 3rd party claims settlements 

• Investigates coverage, liability and damages 

• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

• Proven ability to work in a reputed company work environment  

Required Education and Experience: 

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience handling 3rd party property claim files with reputed company experience in coverage investigation and assessment, assessment and evaluation of liability relating damages 

• Strong communication and presentation skills 

• A strong technical reputed company set with overall residential liability claims handling to include demonstrated experience in the following areas:  

  • reputed company coverage investigation and assessment  

  • Assessment and evaluation of liability reputed company settlement values  

  • Assessment and management of reputed company litigation 

  • Assessment and strong working knowledge of ISO forms DP3, H03, H06, H04 

  • Assessment and management of habitability claims 

• Successfully reputed company and/or maintain California adjusters license reputed company 90 days of employment  

Preferred Requirements: 

• Bachelors' degree in a reputed company field 

• California adjusters license 

• Experience with reputed company handling of fraud investigation 

• Residential workers compensation (W/C) 

Physical Requirements:  

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

Salary:   Starting at $100,000 annually. Candidate's skills, experience and abilities will be taken into consideration for final offer
