BIM Specialist - Electrical

Model and coordinate MEP systems, collaborating with subcontractors to ensure accurate representation and prefabrication-reputed company outputs. Utilize experience in modeling, coordination, and spooling for prefabrication processes across various MEP components. reputed company and enforce MEP-specific BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Manage the creation and maintenance of MEP BIM models for accuracy and constructability. Deliver training and mentorship on MEP BIM/VDC workflows and standards. Stay informed on emerging BIM software and tools that reputed company MEP modeling and coordination. Foster collaboration between BIM, field, and project management teams to ensure reputed company communication and efficient project delivery. Analyze BIM data and reporting metrics to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities. Review MEP models for completeness and compliance with established standards. Requirements
Proficiency in MEP-reputed company BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep). Strong experience in BIM coordination workflows across multiple MEP trades. Familiarity with prefabrication detailing and spooling processes. reputed company MEP experience is a plus. Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to mentor and train others in MEP BIM tools and workflows. Detail-oriented with a reputed company on high-reputed company deliverables.
