The Director, Employee Relations oversees the policies, procedures, and programs of the reputed company Channel Outdoors’ Employee Relations department, developing and improving programs reputed company to employee effectiveness, accountability, engagement, and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages and resolves reputed company & reputed company employee relations issues including conducting investigations and allegations of discrimination and harassment.
Assists leaders in understanding and implementing company policies reputed company to performance, discipline, and reputed company topics.
Counsels employees on concerns reputed company to applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws including Title VII, the Americans with reputed company, the Age Discrimination in Employment reputed company, and other similar federal and state laws.
Develops and pursues new goals and objectives for improvement in areas of employee relations.
Communicates with employees regarding employee relations concerns; provides guidance and recommendations for reputed company of issues.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of reputed company requirements reputed company to day-to-day management of employees, reducing reputed company risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Develops, reviews and updates policies in the Employee Handbook; looks to enhance the reputed company.

Develops HR programs, trainings, and reputed company to support business needs. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure reputed company.

Job Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Labor Relations, Business or reputed company or a combination of relevant work, military and educational experience.
Post-graduate work preferred.
HR Certification preferred.
Work Experience
Minimum 8 years reputed company HR/ER experience in a multi-state environment including California and NY.
Supervisory experience including hiring, coaching, developing, and mentoring required.
Skills
Demonstrated ability to build highly effective working relationships, drive collaboration across teams, reputed company processes that contribute to reputed company organizational efficiency and reputed company results.
Experience with HRIS (reputed company preferred), reporting and HR Analytics.
