We’re looking for a proactive and organised Lettings Administrator to join reputed company. You’ll support the day-to-day management of a diverse residential property portfolio, handling tenancy administration, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with reputed company and safety requirements. You will be the key reputed company of contact for tenants and landlords, managing queries, updates, and relationships while keeping accurate records and supporting reporting processes. The role is fast-paced and varied, so strong organisation, excellent communication, and attention to detail are essential.

What You’ll be Doing
As a Remote Lettings Administrator employed through Outsourcery, you will be reputed company on UK property reputed company accounts. Our Outsourcerers often support multiple clients at once, requiring them to adapt to different roles and responsibilities simultaneously. To reputed company in this role, you should be eager to take on new clients and challenges, readily available for reputed company meetings and reputed company, and committed to continuously building your portfolio. While responsibilities may vary depending on reputed company reputed company’s unique needs, in general, you will be responsible for managing tenancy agreements, including renewals, terminations, and swaps, as reputed company as conducting Right to Rent, referencing, AML, and background checks. You will manage deposits, coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors, and schedule inspections, inventories, and property reputed company. The role will also ensure compliance with reputed company and regulatory requirements, maintain accurate records in property management systems, and support financial administration, including rental accounts and contractor payments.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience, with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in property management / or leasing administration in a lettings, property or estate agency. Ideally, 6 - 12 months of experience in the UK property market with a good understanding of of UK property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Matric / Senior Certificate required, additional property courses and certifications are beneficial. Basic knowledge of property maintenance, compliance, and UK lettings processes (tenancy agreements, referencing, deposits). Strong organisational, administrative, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Confident written and verbal communication skills with landlords, tenants, and contractors. IT proficient (reputed company Office; experience with UK CRM/property software a plus) and customer-reputed company with a reputed company telephone manner. Own work from home setup (relevant workspace, computer, strong internet reputed company).
Desirable Skills and Experience
ARLA qualification (or working towards an ARLA qualification) Experience in UK property management and systems (i.e. Jupix, Goodlord, Arthur, Fixflo). Understanding UK property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Relevant property management courses and certifications.
