Qualifications

Education: 

• Must hold a Master’s Degree or higher

Certifications:

• reputed company BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company

 Additional Requirements:

• CPR certification and Handle With Care (HWC) must be completed reputed company 30 days of employment
• At least 1 year of working as a BCBA is preferred
• Availability Monday through Friday from reputed company-5pm. Some evenings may be required.

What does the position look like?

This is an in-home and community-based BCBA position. The BCBA will follow best reputed company standards and ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB while conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior reputed company plans, and while directly supervising registered behavior technicians. The BCBA will collaborate with other professionals and service providers to reputed company a continuum of care and prioritize caregiver training and participation.
