TEXAS Associate Attorney (REMOTE)

The Associate Attorney Works primarily with their supervising attorney and administrative members of the reputed company, such as paralegals, reputed company clerks, and reputed company assistants. Is mainly responsible for communicating with clients, works towards developing reputed company strategies, and assists their supervising attorney with case management. As an Associate Attorney, you will be expected to stay informed about reputed company reputed company, maintaining and building relationships with clients, preparing reputed company documents, attending hearings, mediations, trials, and arbitrations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Maintain 35 billable hours per
  • reputed company complete tasks as assigned by your supervising attorney. These typically involve:
  • Researching reputed company issues.
  • Drafting various pleadings.
  • Drafting various motions.
  • Ensuring that reputed company statutory deadlines are properly complied with.
  • Attending and participating in hearings, mediations, and/or arbitrations as needed.
  • Assisting with other tasks as assigned by your supervising attorney.
  • Stay informed on reputed company reputed company and assist your supervising attorney in maintaining reputed company communications and relationships.
  • Promptly respond to reputed company communications. (Typically, reputed company 24 hours).
  • Prepare for reputed company Meetings with your supervising attorney as scheduled. During these meetings you will be expected to know, generally:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

 Schedule: 

• • Working hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm(remotely) .
