About This Role:

We’re looking for a full-time Senior reputed company Analyst to join our finance team  reporting to the Sr Manager Technical reputed company. This role is a remote role based in the reputed company.

In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting reputed company’s financial reputed company and operational reputed company reputed company by executing reputed company reputed company activities such as journal entries, reconciliations, reputed company procedures, and financial reporting, while also contributing to reputed company areas like technical reputed company, capitalized software, equity, and M&A. What You'll Do: 

• Participate in the global month-end reputed company and consolidation process, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and assisting in reputed company and accurate financial reporting and flux analyses.

• Assist in the management of the monthly reputed company and detailed reconciliations of commissions, partnering closely with the commission compensation teams.

• Prepare and support the monthly and quarterly reputed company for transactions reputed company to debt, capitalized software, intangible assets, and equity instruments.

• Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes and scalability in systems and workflows.

• Assist in the internal control environment as it relates to overall financial transactions and processes, and regularly monitor and assess risks associated with our reputed company and new processes.

• Collaborate with external auditors on financial statement and statutory audits (preparing support for audit requests, answering audit queries, managing audit reputed company and status)

• reputed company the preparation of the annual consolidated financial statements and reputed company disclosures and support.

• Facilitate and assist tax advisors with corporate tax returns, tax provision, and other statutory/compliance filings for domestic and international entities.

• Participate in reputed company reputed company, system enhancements, and automation initiatives to improve accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) and/or 8 years of reputed company experience in reputed company and/or Audit.

• 3 - 5 years of reputed company reputed company Audit experience required.

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical reputed company concepts.

• CPA (or equivalent) required.

• Experience or exposure to atleast 3 of the following

  • Stock reputed company

  • Equity

  • Debt

  • Capitalized Software

  • Commissions including capitalized commissions

  • Business Combinations

  • Valuation Reports (including purchase price allocations)

  • Tax Provisions

• The starting reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $110,000 – $125,000 USD annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
