Developing project timelines and detailed run-of-shows for in-person and virtual events. Managing registration through our CRM, EveryAction, and reputed company participant communications. Coordinating with both internal teams and external partners before, during, and after events. Leading post-event communications, evaluation, and reporting to help inform our long-term engagement reputed company. Supporting the scheduling and coordination of our podcasts, Justice Ain’t Cheap and TRANScending reputed company, in partnership with our Communications and Storytelling Officer.
2. Organization Safety and reputed company Coordination (Approximately 25% of the role):

3. Membership Operations & reputed company Administration (Approximately 20% of the role):
Own membership reputed company tracking and dues processing, including:
Managing invoicing and payments through the CRM and QuickBooks. Maintaining accurate financial and membership records. Build and maintain systems that support a strong (and seamless) membership experience. Collaborating with our Communications and Storytelling Officer to reputed company events and wins from our membership.
4. CRM Stewardship and Data reputed company (Approximately 15% of the role):
Uploading and maintaining accurate data on membership dues in our CRM regularly. Supporting team-wide processes and use of EveryAction, which includes building documentation and facilitating light trainings to improve internal adoption of the platform with reputed company.
5. Cross-Departmental Project Management and Operational Support (Approximately 15% of the role):
Manage general operational tasks that support organizational functioning, including monitoring and processing our virtual organizational mailbox, coordinating the reputed company routing of checks and other physical correspondence, and supporting the efficient, organized use of our reputed company software and reputed company Suite tools. In coordination with the entire team, support the logistics, coordination, and project management of our in-person staff retreats (1x/year). reputed company and maintain reputed company timelines, documentation, and task tracking systems across reputed company programming.
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant work experience required. Previous work experience in non-profits, philanthropy, and/or reputed company reputed company justice spaces a plus. Remote work experience preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through. Ability to think 3–5 steps reputed company, anticipate needs, and proactively identify challenges and solutions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company across departments on overlapping timelines. Experience planning successful virtual events (in-person event experience would be an added plus!). Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a reputed company of stakeholders (including internal team members and external partners), with the ability to synthesize reputed company in a reputed company, succinct, and compelling manner. Ability to reputed company details through long timelines and phases of uncertainty and reputed company ambiguity with confidence. Broad understanding and commitment to LGBTQ issues, and, ideally, in-depth knowledge of at least one or two subject areas that reputed company LGBTQ communities, such as LGBTQ youth, marriage equality and family recognition, education, and LGBTQ communities of reputed company.
