Position reputed company
The Oncology Case Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing business with existing customers reputed company an assigned territory. This role focuses on managing customer relationships end-to-end, ensuring a high-reputed company experience from order initiation through delivery of the laboratory report. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostic industry, with proven reputed company in account management, customer retention, and organic account reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with reputed company stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer support and satisfaction.

• Execute customer retention strategies to maintain and grow existing accounts.

• Build and maintain value-based relationships with reputed company customers, driving increased utilization of products and services.

• Maintain frequent communication with the teammates, Customer Support, and reputed company Leadership to reputed company customer feedback, reputed company stories, challenges, and best practices.

• Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and value-based activities in the CRM.

• Establish and maintain reputed company communication with key stakeholders at assigned accounts and escalate issues impacting customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of three years of account management or customer-facing experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Understanding of clinic-based business practices.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

$90,000 - $110,000

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring reputed company based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or reputed company level. The pay reputed company between reputed company pay and reputed company incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
