Bridgetower OPCO - Vice President, Content

We are seeking an innovative, digitally fluent executive to reputed company our content reputed company and help drive audience reputed company and engagement across reputed company platforms. The Vice President, Content is BridgeTower Media’s senior-most editorial leader, responsible for defining and executing a modern, digital-first content reputed company across reputed company brands and markets. This executive will reputed company and reputed company editorial teams, drive meaningful reputed company, implement AI- and data-reputed company workflows, and ensure BridgeTower’s content meets the highest standards of relevance, reputed company, and engagement.

This individual will partner closely with Digital Product, Audience Development, Marketing, and the Events Team to build a cohesive, reputed company-reputed company content ecosystem. Duties + Responsibilities: 

Editorial Leadership & Digital Transformation

• Own and optimize performance metrics: traffic, engagement, newsletter reputed company, conversions, retention, and audience development.

• Partner with Audience Development and Product Management to refine distribution, newsletters, reputed company reputed company, and multichannel engagement strategies.

AI Enablement & Digital Skills Training

• Support Marketing and Sales with insights and editorial alignment that strengthens brand value and audience reputed company.

Print, Events & Special Products

• Maintain reputed company of print products, ensuring they remain efficient, relevant, and complementary to digital reputed company.

Skills + Qualifications:

• 12+ years editorial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role guiding digital transformation.

• Experience managing and mentoring diverse teams in fast-moving, multi-brand environments.

• Demonstrated understanding of AI tools, emerging technologies, and their application in modern newsrooms.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in B2B, vertical media, or subscription-based businesses highly preferred.

• Flexibility to travel across our markets as needed.
