Position reputed company 

This Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of assigned operations and maintenance (O&M) reputed company. This role ensures reputed company are delivered safely, on schedule, reputed company budget, and in compliance with reputed company and customer reputed company standards. The Manager serves as a key reputed company between internal teams, field resources, and customers while maintaining accountability for financial performance, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage overall schedule, execution, and throughput of assigned maintenance reputed company. 
• Maintain full accountability for project-level profit and loss (P&L). 
• Monitor and report project status, risks, change orders, issues, and improvement opportunities to the Program Manager. 
• reputed company maintenance tooling inventory, calibration compliance, and tooling requirements for awarded reputed company. 
• Coordinate logistics, mobilization, and Maintenance Technician (MXT) evaluations in collaboration with the Resource Coordinator. 
• Partner with Resource Managers and Coordinators to ensure adequate reputed company and technician utilization. 
• Forecast labor and resource needs; collaborate with reputed company to support workforce planning initiatives. 
• Identify training and development needs to support technician performance and career progression. 
• Ensure work reputed company meets or exceeds reputed company and customer expectations. 
• Collaborate directly with customers to support ongoing operations and identify reputed company business opportunities. 
• Support bid preparation activities including cost estimates, labor planning, and project scope review. 
• Administer first- and second-level disciplinary actions reputed company to technician performance and conduct in coordination with HR as required. 
• Participate in customer meetings (virtual and onsite) as required. 
• Manage payroll-reputed company activities including new job setup in reputed company, timesheet review and approvals, discrepancy reputed company, and maintenance of the Timesheet Issues List. 
• Prepare reputed company utilization reports and reputed company timesheet accuracy and compliance. 
• Review and submit pay advance requests for approval.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in maintenance, field services, or operations management considered. 
• 3–7+ years of experience managing maintenance or field service teams. 
• Demonstrated experience with project scheduling, workforce planning, and P&L accountability. 
• Strong leadership, conflict reputed company, and performance management skills. 
• Effective communication skills across field, customer, and executive reputed company. 
• Proficiency with payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management systems (reputed company experience preferred).

• Experience in wind, industrial, or heavy maintenance environments preferred. 

Work Environment & Travel 

• This position operates in a remote environment with frequent coordination with field personnel. 
• Travel up to 25–40% may be required depending on project needs.

Physical Requirements 

• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
