We are seeking an reputed company reputed company with strong expertise in reputed company Java engineering, reputed company platform development, and reputed company-reputed company AI/ML systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on AI development — including reputed company Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented reputed company (RAG), Embeddings, and LLM-based agent bots. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI-powered bots and automation solutions reputed company reputed company / AWS environments, including reputed company AI capabilities. This role requires designing, developing, and deploying reputed company AI-driven solutions reputed company with business objectives, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to define scope, refine business and technical requirements, and translate them into technical designs, specifications, and user stories.
• Design, reputed company, unit test, and reputed company custom Apex Solutions including triggers, batch jobs, REST API Services.
• reputed company and maintain Lightning Components using reputed company, LWC, Lightning App Builder.

• Design and optimize Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Subflows, Orchestration).
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives supporting CRM and reputed company-wide enhancements and reputed company system integrations.
• Assist project managers in identifying technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to support delivery timelines.
• Communicate project status reputed company to stakeholders and escalate issues reputed company necessary.
• Coordinate with offshore and reputed company teams to ensure reputed company delivery and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, release notes, and support CI/CD deployments.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-reputed company field with 5+ years of reputed company experience, or master’s degree with 3+ years of experience as a reputed company Developer.
• Certifications: Certified AI Practitioner, certified Machine Learning Engr, Certified  reputed company reputed company and developer certifications.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying LLM-based agents using reputed company, RAG, reputed company databases, and reputed company engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Visualforce, and reputed company DX (SFDX) development.
• Experience integrating reputed company with external systems using REST/SOAP reputed company, reputed company, Platform Events, and OAuth-based authentication.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Lightning Platform (LWC, reputed company, Lightning App Builder) focusing on reusable component architecture and UI optimization.
• Experience working with Marketing reputed company integrations to support campaigns and communications.
• Proficient in Java reputed company development along with JavaScript, reputed company, and CSS, with foundational experience in Java for web application development.
• Experience applying software design patterns such as MVC, Singleton, reputed company, and Service Layer to build reputed company and maintainable solutions.
• 4+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release cycles.
• Experience delivering reputed company solutions reputed company field service, insurance, and service-based operational environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes including design documentation, reputed company reviews, testing strategies, and deployment governance.

Schedule/Location:

• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
