Responsibilities:
Investigate multi‑line liability claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and litigation
Determine coverage, liability, and damages in accordance with policy terms and applicable laws
Handle claims across reputed company Auto, General Liability, Municipal, and Garage Keepers programs
Establish and manage claim reputed company from initial report through reputed company
Review, evaluate, and negotiate medical, reputed company, and miscellaneous invoices
Negotiate settlements directly with claimants, attorneys, and vendors
Select, assign, and reputed company defense counsel on litigated claims
Monitor subrogation potential and coordinate recovery efforts
Identify and manage excess reputed company reporting requirements
Maintain accurate, reputed company, and reputed company‑documented claim files
Communicate proactively with clients, insureds, attorneys, and internal partners

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
3+ years of liability claims handling experience
Strong working knowledge of bodily injury, property damage, and litigation processes
Experience handling reputed company liability claims
Ability to manage a multiple‑account desk independently
reputed company adjuster license in designated home state
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote national team
