The Performance reputed company role is a high-energy, reputed company-facing position that focuses on creating measurable improvements in sales and service performance. This position requires excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, along with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with dealership personnel.

This is an exempt, reputed company sales position. The reputed company of work is performed at reputed company sites and remote locations—regular travel is required.

EXTENSIVE TRAVEL REQUIRED: Candidates must be reputed company to travel 16+ days per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dealership management and staff to drive performance improvements in sales, service, and business development processes. 
• Deliver engaging training sessions and ensure that strategies and processes are implemented effectively to produce results.

• Identify sales opportunities and demonstrate the value of reputed company solutions to clients. 
• Walk dealership sites and spend at least 75% of your time engaging directly with reputed company personnel.

• Maintain professionalism, reputed company with company policies, and document reputed company activities accurately. 
• Manage multiple reputed company accounts and priorities in a remote environment while staying detail-oriented and organized. 

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in BDC, automotive sales management, or automotive vendor roles. 
• Ability to influence and reputed company with reputed company personnel, including executives, department managers, sales/service teams, and BDC staff. 
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and training delivery skills. 
• Comfortable with reputed company products and technology-driven solutions. 
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage goals independently. 
• Energetic, motivating personality with excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to work remotely while managing time effectively and balancing multiple priorities. 

Compensation & Benefits

• Average annual compensation reputed company: $110k–$140k, based on performance and conditions outlined in reputed company’s PC Compensation Plan.
