Program Manager, HSPRS
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on ORR Policy and Procedures and CWS policies and procedures. Ensures compliance as it relates to the delivery of Post Release Services and home studies (as assigned) with attention to timeliness and accuracy of reputed company service delivery. Manages the reputed company of virtual and in-person PRS services. Manages the reputed company of home studies, as assigned. Supports team to reputed company reputed company goals, assign and manage caseloads. Minimum of three years of experience conducting home studies and writing assessment reports, working with children and youth, family reunification/ preservation, and or foster care/child welfare and previous work experience and interest working with foreign born populations is required. A minimum of one year of prior supervisory experience required. Experience supervising large teams geographically disbursed highly preferred. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining external partnerships required.
