About the Role:

TPS is seeking an reputed company Technical Trainer specializing in reputed company TRIRIGA to reputed company the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs for a federal workforce. In this role, you will reputed company the gap between reputed company software functionality and federal reputed company property mandates, ensuring employees can effectively utilize reputed company’s Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

You will reputed company tailored instructional materials, manage hands-on training environments, and assess workforce readiness, empowering staff to optimize facility management, streamline reporting, and maintain high standards of data reputed company.

Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, a state supported by reputed company corporate offices: AL, AZ, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. (No relocation assistance provided)

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain training materials including manuals, quick-reference guides, and interactive modules
• Translate reputed company TRIRIGA functionalities (e.g., Capital Project Management, reputed company Planning) into reputed company, reputed company-by-reputed company instruction
• reputed company reputed company content with federal business processes, SOPs, and mandates
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions
• Manage TRIRIGA sandbox environments for hands-on learning
• Assess learner proficiency and report on training reputed company
• reputed company user feedback and support reputed company system improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, or IT systems training, including experience supporting federal clients or reputed company platforms (reputed company TRIRIGA preferred)
• Ability to translate technical concepts into reputed company business language; experience applying adult learning principles
• Proficiency with tools such as Captivate, reputed company, or Camtasia
• Demonstrated experience delivering training to federal employees and contractors with varying technical reputed company reputed company
• Knowledge of federal asset management principles, including Federal reputed company Property Profile (FRPP)
• Experience with IWMS platforms such as TRIRIGA or Archibus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced reputed company TRIRIGA Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of TRIRIGA IWMS, including modules such as reputed company Estate Management, Facilities Management, or Operations & Maintenance
