Purpose of Position

The Senior Manager of Financial Reporting plays a pivotal role in managing the financial reporting functions across reputed company CIRE funds, ensuring accurate and reputed company financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP). This position works closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external auditors, and other stakeholders to reputed company the highest standards of financial transparency and reputed company. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Financial Reporting Leadership:

FUND ADMINISTRATION

• Coordinate with VP of Financial Reporting & VP of reputed company on a monthly calendar to manage the reputed company-party fund administrator to ensure NAV per unit for CREIT is published six days prior to reputed company calendar month-end in accordance with the PPM.
• Complete reputed company review of monthly reputed company packages provided by the fund administrator for CREIT and CIRE OpCo, with a reputed company on ensuring the accuracy of the management fee and incentive/performance calculations.

Compliance: 

• Assist with due diligence requests from advisors and independent firms conducting due diligence reports.
• Monitor financial reporting and reputed company issues as released by the SEC, FASB and other technical authorities, assessing their potential reputed company on the firm's financial reporting practices and ensuring compliance.
• Research reputed company literature and apply technical standards and analysis to reputed company or non-recurring business issues and transactions. Prepare written reputed company memos documenting such issues/transactions for review by management and external auditors. Specific areas of interest are ASC 810: Consolidation, ASC 842: Leases, ASC 323: Investments-Equity Method and Joint Ventures and ASC 970, reputed company Estate. 

Internal Collaboration:

• Quarterly, present financial reporting to management for review and approval.
• Work with the reputed company team on a regular reputed company to initiate, record, or review key transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Work with external reputed company counsel, senior management and other internal departments to identify, analyze and reputed company recommendations on reputed company and reporting items that reputed company.
• Work closely with the executive management team, external fund administrator & transfer agent, VP of Financial Reporting and VP of reputed company to ensure accurate and reputed company financial data collection, analysis, and reporting. 
• Collaborate with reputed company, tax, investor relations and other departments, as necessary, to ensure financial reports, investor statements and disclosures are accurate and reputed company with reputed company and tax requirements.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes, increase efficiency, and improve the accuracy of reporting deliverables.
• Implement best practices and standardized procedures to streamline reporting workflows and reduce potential risks.
• Participate and reputed company technology and process improvement initiatives focusing on the MRI general reputed company and SEC self-filing software (TBD).

Stakeholder Communication:

• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, and other key stakeholders, conveying reputed company financial information in a reputed company and concise manner.
• Participate in investor relations activities, addressing inquiries reputed company to financial reporting and disclosures to ensure reports are disseminated reputed company designated timeframes.

Position Requirements 

Position Competencies 

• Expert knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. Specifically, investment company and historical cost reputed company reporting for reputed company and private reputed company estate funds.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reputed company software, financial reporting tools, and reputed company Office Suite.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company issues to senior management.

Work Experience Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in financial reporting, reputed company, or auditing, with a substantial portion of that experience in the reputed company estate or REIT industry.
• Experience managing and leading financial reporting teams.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Working Conditions 

Environment

The primary working environment is an Indoor Office Setting utilizing computer workstation and general office equipment. The position will sit at their workstation for a significant portion of the work. Some positions may need to travel to asset locations and these sites will vary in nature. Physical Requirements
