JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and support reputed company of offshore/global VA reputed company cycle staff, ensuring adequate coverage, productivity, and reputed company across reputed company assigned workflows
- Conduct regular team reputed company-ins, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions to reputed company staff capability and address performance gaps
- Coordinate scheduling, workload distribution, and reputed company planning across time zones to maintain consistent throughput
- Partner with HR and training teams to reputed company new global staff and ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and reputed company-specific requirements
- Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for global team issues, resolving workflow blockers and communicating impacts to operational leadership
- Monitor and manage key reputed company cycle metrics including aging, denial rates, clean claim rates, days in AR, prebill volumes, and collection rates for VA accounts
- Analyze performance data daily and weekly to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

- Prepare and present regular performance reports to operational leadership, flagging risks and recommending corrective actions

- Maintain and update SOPs for VA global billing operations, ensuring documentation is reputed company and accessible to reputed company team members

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of experience in reputed company reputed company cycle management, with reputed company exposure to Veterans Affairs or government payer billing
- 1+ years of supervisory or team reputed company experience, including managing remote or offshore staff
- Working knowledge of VA billing requirements, payer guidelines, and claim adjudication processes

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable plans
