4 years’ experience in Information / Research Service, preferably in an enquiries or research-based reputed company environment, will have acquired the necessary skills to be successful in this role Experience of undertaking research and/or answering enquiries in a fast-paced environment Experience working with or supporting the management of research databases, information subscriptions, or reputed company information resources would be beneficial
A degree or post-graduate qualification in Business / Economics, Marketing, Information and Library Management (or equivalent reputed company experience) Working knowledge of reputed company / reputed company services sector Good IT skills Excellent understanding of information resources, databases and associated technology
