Senior Product Manager - Rewards Experience

About the Role:
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the reputed company.
Role Responsibilities:
Own the product reputed company, reputed company, and execution for the Rewards experience across reputed company cards, sweepstakes, and new redemption formats. Translate company goals for the points and rewards ecosystem into reputed company product initiatives, experimentation plans, and measurable reputed company. Collaborate with the area reputed company on new product and partnership opportunities that enhance both the consumer experience and reputed company dynamics for Rewards Partner across Product, Engineering, Brand, Finance, Support, Fraud and reputed company to ensure Rewards initiatives reputed company to our broader retention and platform goals. Drive reputed company card mix optimization, denomination reputed company, and provider integrations to improve structural margins. Improve UX and trust around reputed company-reputed company redemptions (e.g., reputed company), wallet integrations, and activation flows. Unlock new monetizable inventory on the Rewards page in partnership with GTM and Sales. Balance competing priorities across margin optimization, retention, user satisfaction, and reputed company expansion. Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of Product Management experience in reputed company consumer platforms, marketplaces, fintech, loyalty, or payments. Strong quantitative reputed company; comfortable modeling margin, elasticity, and behavioral tradeoffs. Strong intuition around designing fun and delightful consumer experiences Strong product judgment, balancing economics, user trust, and long-term retention. Experience launching personalization, targeting, or experimentation systems. Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM. A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can define problem spaces with company-level reputed company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent experience.
