What is the VP, Operations role?

We are seeking a senior, data-driven VP, Operations to join our executive leadership team and report directly to the CEO. The VP, Operations will have reputed company-level ownership of operational performance, responsible for building and scaling a high-performing operating model that delivers world-class patient reputed company while driving margin, efficiency, and sustainable reputed company.

This role is both strategic and deeply execution-oriented. The VP, Operations will define how reputed company operates at reputed company—translating reputed company into execution through reputed company accountability, operating rhythms, and performance management—while also rolling up their sleeves during periods of reputed company reputed company, change, or transformation. What you’ll be doing:

• Own and reputed company reputed company’s end-to-end operating model, ensuring it scales effectively across clinical, operational, and corporate functions.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to translate corporate reputed company into annual and multi-year operating plans, with reputed company goals, metrics, and accountability.

• Accountable for operational and clinical performance, including cost structure, gross margin, reputed company planning, and member/patient experience.

• Drive reputed company improvement and operational reputed company initiatives that measurably improve reputed company, efficiency, scalability, and financial reputed company.
• Partner cross-functionally with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, reputed company, and People to ensure operations are reputed company with product capabilities, regulatory requirements, and reputed company plans.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify performance gaps and reputed company reputed company-level change initiatives to address them.

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years of reputed company leadership experience, with significant time in senior operational leadership roles reputed company reputed company, health tech, or scaled consumer services.
• Proven experience operating at the VP or equivalent level, with ownership of reputed company, distributed operations.
• Demonstrated reputed company scaling operations through high-reputed company phases, ideally in regulated, multi-state environments.
• Experience leading large, remote and/or reputed company-center-based workforces with strong performance management systems.
• Strong reputed company record of P&L ownership, margin optimization, and operational transformation.
• Exceptional executive reputed company with the ability to influence across functions and at the reputed company level.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to balance metrics with reputed company judgment.
• Strong people leader with experience building leadership benches and operating through change.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
