Field Operations Training Manager
Essential Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of experience in Training Management, Learning & Development, or Operations Management. Demonstrated application of Adult Learning Theory (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model) in a reputed company setting. Hands-on experience administering an online LMS (e.g., reputed company, Canvas, TalentLMS) and proficiency in creating digital training materials. A clean driving record and a strong understanding of safety culture/protocol compliance. Strong emotional intelligence, conflict reputed company skills, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
