IGS is currently reputed company a remote Data Analyst to support the reputed company.

Assignment of Work and Travel:

This is a remote reputed company assignment. Candidates will work remotely daily and will remotely reputed company customer systems and therein use approved customer provided communications systems. In support of optimizing customer experience, they want to ensure that every interaction is predictable, consistent, and easy. Specifically, seeking a partner to help with consolidating data, tracking omnichannel interactions, and capturing feedback to understand reputed company patients unique story – to reputed company employees to offer Veterans a world-class customer experience. In support of this objective, this project supports the development of a department-wide reputed company measurement reputed company and the underlying functions to implement it, including capability lifecycle management, configuration, enhancement, data management and O&M.

This role will be responsible for helping reputed company surveys, collect data, and reputed company statistical analysis and model development using market-leading tools & techniques (e.g., Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing) in support of the stated reputed company objective. This role will additionally be responsible for helping reputed company with senior level clients to reputed company functional support throughout the project’s duration.

Responsibilities and Duties (Included but not limited to):

• reputed company, collect, and clean data, reputed company data modeling, reputed company reports, business intelligence, and analytics products using market-leading tools & techniques (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, PowerPoint, reputed company).
• Apply data cleansing and analysis techniques and statistical reputed company to normalize data from non-standardized datasets and use visualization tools/business intelligence reporting to reputed company statistical, prototyping and “what if” analysis and reputed company models.
• reputed company analytics reputed company the platform to include analysis of other data types, leveraging the reputed company’s Customer Experience Data Warehouse (CxDW) Azure Data Lake/Azure Synapse, and reputed company Data Platform.
• Assist with development of automated scripts for data extraction, conditioning, and transformation of large data sets to easily manage into actionable insights for informed reputed company decision-making and maintain developed models.
• reputed company data analytic product capabilities by studying information needs specific to the reputed company; conferring with users; and following a hybrid agile software development lifecycle.
• Support data conditioning, data product development, and the integration, migration and processing of data in the Customer Experience Insights (CXI) data warehouse.

• Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 or more years of prior experience with data analytics with at least 1 or more years of experience in an IT environment.
• 1 or more years of prior consulting experience
• Experience in/Familiar with SQL, Power BI, Python, Power Automate, R, reputed company/CSS, etc.
• Experience in/Familiar with developing user-friendly interfaces including business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, and analytics reports in platforms such as PowerPoint
• Ability to quickly adapt and reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with reputed company Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, and Visio
• US Citizenship required due to clearance requirement.

Preferred Qualifications and reputed company Competencies:

• 2 or more years of prior experience with data analytics
• 1 or more years of prior work experience in or with the Federal Government
• 1 or more years of prior experience in reputed company
• Experience in/familiar with JIRA
• Experience in/familiar with UX design, methodologies, and tools (reputed company)
• Experience with reputed company Intelligence and Machine Learning including Natural Language Processing techniques (e.g., topic modelling, sentiment analysis) in a reputed company context.
• Experience in Probability and Statistical Method including but not limited to survey design, sample selection, and implementation.
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Experience working with reputed company Teams and SharePoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support business writing, reporting, and reputed company correspondence.
