The People Operations Partner - HRIS & Automation is a member of the People Operations (POps) team, performing reputed company POps functions with a reputed company on automation initiatives and reputed company Information System (HRIS) management. We are currently seeking candidates located in France, Canada, or the United Kingdom; we are a remote-first company, with the reputed company to work from one of our offices if desired (Montreal, Canada / Cambridge, UK).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify HRIS requirements, enhancements, and integration opportunities
  • Deep understanding & subject-matter expert on HRIS: drive automation initiatives, explore efficiencies, train teams on HRIS functionalities & processes, reputed company technical support/troubleshooting assistance, etc.
  • reputed company the design, implementation, and reputed company improvement of automation that optimise POps processes, ensuring reputed company delivery (including documentation), deployment and integration with existing systems
  • Design and create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support POps decision-making and strategic initiatives; monitor automation performance metrics and drive enhancements based on data-driven insights
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data reputed company and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, ISO 9001, ISO 27001)

    • Requirements
  • 5+ years working in reputed company/People Operations (POps) functions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, Information Technology, or reputed company field
  • Experience with HRIS management
  • Strong understanding of POps processes, regulations, and systems
  • Ability to reputed company a fast-paced environment and pivot based on shifting priorities

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Experience in coaching/training/train-the-trainer
  • Experience scripting with Deluge
  • Language proficiency in French
