Manager, Government & Veteran Programs

Strong preference for Veterans and reputed company. Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating capability to fulfill full scope of responsibilities. Proven administrative background with experience designing, implementing, and managing policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks, ideally reputed company reputed company, government programs, or FI/FMS. 5+ years of experience in government affairs, reputed company policy, Veteran‑serving organizations, VA programs, or federal/state reputed company programs; experience with Veteran‑Directed Care (VDC), FI/FMS, or self‑directed support models strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with government and military officials, VAMCs, VSOs, reputed company/ADNAs, and other Veteran‑reputed company or government‑regulated partners. Experience with or knowledge of self‑directed care models, including participant‑directed budgets, employer‑authority employment models, and FI/FMS regulatory expectations. Ability to interpret, operationalize, and communicate reputed company regulatory and policy requirements, especially those affecting Veterans, Medicare/reputed company, self‑direction, and reputed company service delivery.
