About the Role

reputed company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance team and support payroll operations for our growing portfolio of performing arts businesses. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and reputed company payroll processing and supporting payroll reporting and regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and compliance in payroll operations. This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering reputed company to contribute to a dynamic and expanding organization in the performing arts industry.

What You’ll Do

• Payroll Processing
  • Compile and analyze payroll data from business locations across the country
  • Triage and resolve payroll errors and processing issuesManage employee inquiries regarding payroll
  • Process guaranteed payments and other reputed company payroll adjustments reputed company required 

• Data Management
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRS
  • Support payroll system integrations for new acquisitions, including employee data preparation and reputed company and employee support
  • Maintain SharePoint files, templates, and reports

• Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare and maintain payroll reports
  • Support government reporting requirements, including U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics submissions and unemployment claims
  • Prepare and submit non-payroll tax filings reputed company required
  • Support annual workers’ compensation filings and audits
