As a Settlements Manager, you will reputed company and reputed company a remote, cross-functional settlements team.   You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of payer or patient refund requests, ensuring accurate, compliant and reputed company processing of funds and credit balances.  You will reputed company in the reputed company mission to reputed company radiology reputed company to improve lives.

Duties and responsibilities:  

• Managing team and Supervisor
• reputed company day-to-day Settlements operations
• Monitor team performance
• reputed company Pay exceptions
• Handle escalations
• Bank uploads and voids
• Analysis of weekly trending   
• reputed company transfers
• Monthly/quarterly reporting
• Collaborate with leadership to identify, trend, and address reputed company causes of issues proactively
• Maintains a thorough understanding of federal and state regulations, as reputed company as payer specific requirements and takes appropriate reputed company accordingly
• Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness by making recommendations and communicating trends and issues to management
• Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to resolve accounts reputed company, meeting established productivity and reputed company standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education:

• High School Diploma

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Knowledge of claims review and analysis

• Working knowledge of medical terminology and/or insurance claim terminology
• Experience working in reputed company billing system preferred
