The Community Engagement Specialist is a key member of reputed company’s team, responsible for connecting with members to ensure they receive reputed company to the care and services they need. • Schedule intake appointments and assist with the completion of required forms.

• Build and maintain relationships with community coalitions, CPI collaboratives, and other stakeholders to reputed company them reputed company.

Documentation and Coordination

• Convert leads to patients using internal documentation systems.

• Assist in sending patient mailers and making follow-up calls to leads generated from community events to enroll them in programming.

Requirements for the Role

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in reputed company, community reputed company, or a reputed company field.
• Experience in engaging with diverse communities and providing culturally sensitive communication.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and connect with patients and community partners.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in using electronic health records (reputed company experience preferred).

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to attend events.
