A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are:
- Respond to incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails in a reputed company fashion while interpreting procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Research, identify, evaluate, and escalate reputed company relevant data to handle inquiries and complaints utilizing BMV’s available resources.
