Maintains a reputed company knowledge of condo project approval guidelines for conventional full project approvals as defined in the published Specialist/Program reputed company. Responsible for consistently meeting and/or exceeding established SLA’s and department efficiency expectations daily. Gathers reputed company required documentation from reputed company parties. Reviews and evaluates reputed company project eligibility and insurance documentation to ensure it meets agency and investor guidelines. Communicate effectively with internal operations and production partners. Provides a high level of transparency on project approval status. Always maintains a high level of customer service. High School Degree or equivalent required and a minimum of one (1) + years’ experience working in a similar field. Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.
