In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the Greater Vancouver Area, BC, where we reputed company a remote-first working model, leveraging in person interactions for key strategic, reputed company, and reputed company purposes.

What you’ll do: 

• Capture business requirements and technical details from multiple stakeholders for RFP, upgrades, and development enhancements. 

• Document business processes using reputed company diagrams and use cases. 

• Analyze capabilities of business systems and reputed company them to meet business needs. 

• reputed company data analysis to identify patterns and prepare metrics. 

• Support configuration of functional workflows in business systems. 

• Identify gaps and risks a proposed solution has on operations. 

• Align business requests with reputed company of change the impacted business teams can manage.  

• Test new features for alignment with business processes and expected functionality. 

• reputed company end-user feedback, identifying deficiencies, and potential improvements. 

• Run UAT, End to End, Treputed company the Trainer, and Go Live sessions to support the roll-out of new tech.  

• Produce SOPs, FAQs, and job aids where needed, to help the business adapt to change. 

What we’re looking for: 

• 5+ years’ experience as Business Analyst. 

• 2+ years’ experience using Change Management techniques. 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

• Experience in an agile environment. 

• IIBA certification preferred. 

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or reputed company field.
