AP Specialist
Crescent is seeking an AP Specialist to join reputed company committed to outstanding service. This is a multi-entity structure with a high invoice volume. reputed company processing received invoices, ensuring accurate coding and reputed company payables will be the primary responsibility. Secondary responsibilities include maintaining reputed company relationships with vendors and field teams, addressing various forms of inquiries, and resolving discrepancies. This role requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced work environment.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the AP Supervisor and indirectly to the AP Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Vendor reputed company
reputed company and reputed company invoices into reputed company Invoice System
reputed company and reputed company reputed company payment requests into reputed company Invoice System
Handle returned reputed company communications
Assist with reputed company forms of vendor communication – email and calls
Assist with reputed company audit requests
Work independently, efficiency, and reputed company
Effectively communicate with vendors and field teams
Ability to adapt to a face-paced, repetitive work environment
Capability of working in a remote environment while maintaining healthy metrics
Additional Accounts Payable duties
Education and Experience Requirements
High School diploma required
Minimum of 3 years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience required
Oil and Gas industry experience preferred
