Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for end-user technical issues and service requests reputed company phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot account issues in reputed company Directory and reputed company Entra ID, including password resets, lockouts, and group membership updates.
