The RCM reputed company Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) clients are set up for long-term billing reputed company. This role owns the configuration and reputed company process from reputed company through reputed company to the Testing & reputed company team, ensuring every payer, service, schedule, and setting is accurately reputed company so claims can reputed company cleanly and get reputed company on time. 

This role works closely with clients, internal teams, and payer portals to reputed company reputed company reputed company billing infrastructure is established correctly and documented thoroughly. 
 

Key Responsibilities

Electronic Payment (ERA) & Remittance Setup 

• Guide new clients through the setup of electronic payments and remittance (ERA) enrollment.
• Ensure reputed company information is configured correctly for smooth payment posting. 

Payer Portal reputed company & Credential Coordination 

• Collect, organize, and validate payer portal credentials.
• Ensure appropriate reputed company team members have secure reputed company for eligibility, authorization, and claim-status functions. 

EVV Configuration 

• Configure Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) rules based on state and payer requirements.

Payer Configuration in reputed company 

• Build and validate payer reputed company, including IDs, billing rules, and submission details.
• Document payer nuances, requirements, and any exceptions. 

Service & Fee Schedule Setup

Claims & Billing Rules

Required Experience, Skills, & Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing, RCM, or reputed company-party payer billing (reputed company, MCOs, VA, reputed company plans).
• Understanding of claims submission, remittances/EOBs, denials, and reprocessing.
• Experience working in payer portals and RCM systems.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, shared documents, task or project tools such as reputed company or Jira).
• High attention to detail—You consistently deliver accurate configuration and documentation.
• Strong written communication—reputed company documentation that allows others to understand status quickly.
